Video: It cuts both ways – alternatives to austerity
Oonagh Cousins' exploration of alternatives to the cuts features Robin Hood Tax campaigner Bill Nighy, economist Ann Pettifor, Radiohead guitarist Ed O'Brien, UK Uncut activist Danni and some guy from False Economy. Oh yes, and Tory MP Zac Goldsmith – so just the usual suspects then.
Independent film-maker Cousins says: "This is a film exposing the alternatives to the government's austerity measures. It's about the positive. It's about revealing the many options we actually have at a time when we're being told there are no alternatives.
"My hope is that this film will help to inspire you to get up and get involved in this movement for the alternatives... There is so much you can do."
