Ealing Council plans to close the Albert Dane Centre at the end of March 2011. The Albert Dane Centre is a day centre for adults aged 18-64 with a physical disability and/or a sensory impairment. The building is fully adapted for the use of people with disabilities and wheelchair users.

This is my daughter’s life – and my few hours a day to unwind
My 44-year-old severly disabled daughter needs day care and I need to be able to take time out from caring for her a few hours per day. But thanks to Mr Cameron and his team they feel that they need to close the only day centre for disabled people in Ealing. I believe that by closing this centre it will cost the council a lot more money in the future.
