Cuts
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS staff
Sector: Health
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is planning to reduce temporary staffing levels by the equivalent of 375 full-time posts during 2010/11.
The Trust has also issued 55 ‘termination of employment’ notices in a strategy to force the retirement of its over-65-year-old workforce.
The Trust provides a range of acute and community services from three acute hospital sites in Amersham, Stoke Mandeville and Wycombe, five community hospitals at Thame, Marlow, Buckingham, Chalfonts and Gerrards Cross and Waterside, and a number of community sites across the county.
