Camden Council district housing offices

Location: UK » London » NW

Camden Council is planning to close its five district housing offices, as well as merging telephone and face to face contact for housing management services into its customer service contact centre.

Council staff will use ‘touch down’ locations around Camden to continue to provide a local housing management service and to meet with more vulnerable service users.

The plans are designed to save £1.25m a year by 2013/14, and are subject to consultation with service users including tenants in December 2010 and January 2011.
