Coventry and Warwickshire NHS mental health trust

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust, which focuses on mental health, plans to cut its workforce by the equivalent of nearly 560 full-time posts - almost 20 percent of total staffing - between 2010 and 2013, including more than 300 clinical posts.

The breakdown of the staffing cuts is:

Clinical staff - 203.1 FTE (full-time equivalent staff); 14.8% of all clinical staff
Support to clinical staff (mostly clinical roles) - 192 FTE; 19.2%
NHS infrastructure support staff (non-clinical roles) - 161.3 FTE; 32.4%
