London School of Economics teaching grants WC2A
Sector: Education
The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is facing the abolition of its entire teaching grant under the government’s plans to radically cut higher education funding following the Browne Review.
In order to make up this massive funding shortfall, the LSE will have to increase tuition fees to at least £7,000 a year - although many institutions will go further and treble fees to £9,000 a year.
