Work Solutions Service at Jobs in Mind NW1
The Work Solutions Service at Jobs in Mind provides support to individuals who are experiencing stress/mental health related difficulties and who are experiencing issues at work to retain their employment and return to work from sick leave (if applicable). Mental ill-health and stress related-illness combined form the leading cause of long term absence from work, according to the Health & Safety Executive.
Jobs in Mind have been informed that Camden Commissioning is terminating the funding for this service, effective from 31/03/2011. There has been no consultation with service users, local residents or GPs and therapists prior to this decision, to consider the need of this service to the local community.
